Universal Sets

When you have a hotrod, a replica car or a heavily modified car for which EZ Power Steering does not have a tailor made solution, one of our universal kits can be a good option. Of course the installation will be more time consuming as this is only part of the complete conversion but hot rodders and professional fabricators are usually skilled enough to carry out this type of Installation. Please keep in mind that you are working on the steering column, together with the brakes this can be one of the most dangerous parts of the car if anything goes wrong.  Please ensure the work is carried out by a professional mechanic to ensure a safe result. When in doubt please contact us for advice. We have 3 different types of Universal kits (heavy, medium and light) which can be selected depending upon how much space is under the dashboard and how heavy the car steers.
